Our Commitment to Providing Clear Upfront Pricings

• With our approach, cost over runs are minimised. From the start we provide a fixed cost for your build, with minimal use of P.C. Sums (Provisional Cost Sums).

• For each home we build, we take the time to clearly know the exact cost of the build.  This includes all the fixtures and fittings for your chosen plan.  With this approach, this gives you budget certainty.

Our Commitment to Providing a Timely Build

• For most of our plans, the typical build time is just 20 weeks.  This relates to the on-site build time, once all the consents and permissions have been acquired.

• With our online build tracking system, you can login and see progress updates at any point in time.  It’s our way to ensure you get to experience and see the progress of your home throughout the build project.
