The Registered Master Builders House of the Year awards celebrate the best residential builds in New Zealand over the past year. Each property is judged against a scorecard 2000 points (1300 for workmanship and 700 for design, style, and functionality). To receive the outstanding Gold Award, the property needed to score 1800 points or more.
